Many of our offerings including handcrafted shell art, trays, and wreaths are made to order and may require up to 3–4 weeks for creation before shipping. Natural variations in materials, color, or texture are part of the unique beauty of our work.

4. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide complete and accurate product information; however, occasional errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. SEAWELL™ reserves the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout through our secure payment gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other approved providers).

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed on our site.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to U.S. addresses. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Made-to-order and bespoke items may take longer due to craftsmanship timelines.

SEAWELL™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances once a package has left our facility.

Custom, bespoke, and perishable items (including beverages) are final sale.
