SEAWELL™ Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SEAWELL™ a father-and-daughter brand inspired by life along the Connecticut coast.
Every order is handled with care and packaged to reflect the beauty and craftsmanship of our brand.

Pre-Orders

We are currently accepting pre-orders from our first production run. Pre-orders ship the week of October 12, 2026. You will receive an order confirmation at checkout, and tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Overview

We currently ship throughout the United States.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation followed by tracking information once your package has shipped.

Standard processing time: 2–3 business days for in-stock orders
Shipping carrier: UPS or USPS, depending on destination and order size
Transit time: Typically 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on orders of two cases or more, in any combination of flavors, and the bottle deposit is on us.
A flat rate applies to single-case orders and is shown at checkout before you pay.

International Shipping

At this time, SEAWELL™ ships only within the United States.
If you’re interested in international shipping, please reach out to sales@seawellbeverage.com we may be able to arrange a custom shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@seawellbeverage.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll replace the item whenever possible, or offer a refund if necessary.

SEAWELL™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will always do our best to help you locate them through the carrier.

Shipping Updates

You will receive:

2️⃣ A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
